Truck-mounted Hot Water Extraction:
All carpets area rugs and furniture are cleaned thoroughly rinsed and vacuumed with a powerful truck-mounted hot water extraction system. The rinse agent is flushed through the pile and being immediately vacuumed with the powerful suction of our machinery.  Since the soil is pre-emulsified and loosened, the pressure used is lower than other companies, therefore not over-wetting the carpet. Every carpet that we cleaned is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind

Upholstery Cleaning:
Determining the type of fabric to be cleaned is one of the most important factors of insuring a proper cleaning method.  Another important factor is inspection of the material, testing for color fastness is a priority, and also looking for holes, tears, fading, fabric separation etc....once this information is established, we will then pre-vacuum all areas. We will then apply a cleaning solution to one area at a time, (using pre spotting agents as we go) with a gentle to moderate agitation, followed up with a rinse, extracting the solution and soil with our low moisture tool, allowing rapid drying time leaving the fabric clean, residue free, smelling fresh. After the cleaning, depending again on the fabric, a light over all brushing will be done to beatify the appearance, we then may offer you a "Stain Shield” to ensure longer lasting results with ease of removing spills, stains & soil.

Urine Odor Removal: (We have two treatments available.)

1). Minor Odor Treatment. 
We will saturate or make injections to the affected areas with an enzyme then we will follow up with a thorough rinsing and a respray of the area. This is a great alternative and sometimes very effective.

2). Major Odor Treatment. 
The process involves pulling up the carpet in the affected area, cleaning the backing, removing the padding, treating the sub floor, replacing the pad, treating the backing of the carpet with a special odor barrier and treating the pile of the carpet with an enzyme. This process is highly effective.

In most cases after vacuuming, we then pre spray all high traffic areas to loosen up soil. Then rinse it out with our 200 degree of constant heat Truck Mounted Unit.
